West Ham Experience the Largest Defeat of the Promotion Team since 1931

West Ham United goalkeeper Joe Hart can not do much in the Premier League contra Brighton & Hove Albion at London Stadium on Friday (20/10/2017) or Saturday morning GMT Lampubola.com. He must accept the harsh reality of The Hammers, the nickname of West Ham, defeated in public himself.

The duel was won by Brighton & Hove Albion with a score of 3-0. Brighton’s goal was scored by Glenn Murray (10th minute, 75′-penalty) and Jose Izquierdo (45 + 2 ‘).

Joe Hart, who incidentally is England’s number one goalkeeper, only twice thwarted the shot right at the visitors’ goal. He also brought West Ham United tasted a bad record.

As quoted by Opta Joe, West Ham suffered the biggest defeat at home in a league game against promotion teams since November 1931. At that time, The Hammers surrendered 1-5 from West Bromwich Albion.

Hart was not entirely the culprit. All West Ham players can be said to appear below average.

They are able to control the ball up to 64.9 percent and release 16 shots on target. However, the shattered final settlement left their three points stolen by Brighton.
